厨师介绍
Highwai曾获得第七届全国西餐烹饪大赛铜奖。多年在法国专业学习西餐及甜点,在法国多家米其林餐厅工作和学习。归国后,曾在成都锦江宾馆锦悦法餐厅,成都君悦酒店扒房担任副厨师。
Highwai是一位天赋极高,技术精湛,经验丰富的优秀厨师。尤其是他在法国多家米其林餐厅的工作经验使他在法餐烹饪上独领风骚,菜品极富现代法式风味。他将在拿波里为客人准备精致美味的法餐,绝对值得您一试,一饱口福。
Highwai studied French cusine and pastry,in several Michelin restaurants in France.He won the 7th national western food cooking competition bronze award.He worked for Jinjiang hotel Jinyue restaurant,Chengdu Grand Hyatt Hotel steak house as sous-shef.
Highwai is talented,skilleed,experienced excellent chef.Especially his working experience in Michelin restaurants in France made him the excellent French cusine chef who can provide you contemporary French cusine.
Now he cooks good French cusine for Napoli guests,it is defintely worthy for a try.
